Hi John!

I’m
typing this e-mail from our new home, which is gorgeous and promises to
look even better after I finish all the unpacking and all my projects.  

With
all the moving hustle of the previous two weeks we haven’t had a
chance to really express how thankful we are for all you have done to
make it
happen. We truly appreciate all the efforts you put in arranging
the second appraisal for us to get the mortgage we needed to buy our
first house. With all the craziness that is going on in all the
financial
structures nowadays we were really lucky to have
an experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy agent on our side.

Thank
you, John and Lois! You make a great team! Have fun on your trip to Russia
this
summer.
