I met Lois and John just about 2 years ago. I lived in Manhattan and wanted to find a new home in Teaneck. I did a search online and came across a few brokers names including Lois. I had met with maybe 2 others but as soon as I connected with Lois via phone, I knew I had found my broker. She was professional, asked all the right/most relevant questions and made herself available to me quickly. After we met, she quickly began showing me spaces and several weeks later I had found and made an offer on my beautiful new home. What I liked most is that she was not pushy and did not urge me to buy anything I was not 100% comfortable with…

I had such a great experience that I referred another couple to Lois who was having a hard time finding a home in NJ and within weeks my buddy had called to thank me because he and his partner had made an offer on their beautiful new home too…

Then who knew that 2 years later I would want to sell and relocate to the West Coast…and of course, I called Lois. She and John gave me GREAT ADVICE around getting my home prepped to sell and even loaned me some artwork for my walls to create the best possible presentation. I found a buyer and closed on the sale of home within approximately 2 months. They had come through for me yet again.

Lois and John are the VERY BEST at what they do and I could not be happier with their partnership with me on the buy and sell and I now consider them friends.

I hired Lois Fein after 2 other brokers failed to sell my townhouse.  I should have hired her first.  She got me a great price and had I listened to her pricing strategy from the get-go, I am sure I would have sold my home faster.  She led me through every step of the selling process professionally and with care and concern.  She absolutely knows what she is doing.  I highly recommend her.

I have rarely met anyone as helpful and Lois and John were in selling my condo.  Not only did they help redecorate my apartment with their own personal art work, but they also researched and found someone to stage my apartment so that it looked its best and worked directly with the stager to ensure the best possible outcome. Lois and John were extraordinarily hands on from start to finish, going above and beyond what I would have ever expected from real estate agents.  I could not recommend Lois and John more strongly.  They are dedicated, thorough and remarkably knowledgeable in every facet ofbuying and selling a home.
