We finally closed. Some might call it luck, but my definition of luck is opportunity coupled with preparedness and that is exactly what you delivered. You prepared my house for sale so there would be no excuse to say no when the right buyer came along. You left no stone unturned and treated my house as if it were your house you were selling. Thanks to you and Lois for the hard work, diligent follow up and proactive advice you both supplied. You anticipated potential problems and made sure they were addressed.
